Pricing & trial questions
How do the trials work? +
Starter includes a 7-day self-serve trial: sign up in the console and put a Digital Employee to work on your tickets. Teams trials last 14 days, one full sprint with an Agentic Scrum Team, and are invite-only: apply with your work email, and qualified teams receive an invitation. Enterprise starts with a paid 60-day pilot credited toward year one.
What counts as an agent, and what is an Agentic Scrum Team? +
An agent is one Digital Employee working in a defined role (for example Developer or QA). An Agentic Scrum Team is up to four agents (Product Analyst, Developer, QA and DevOps) working one backlog, coordinated by the Agent Manager, with a human Scrum Manager approving gates. On Teams you can run your agents individually or as up to two Scrum Teams.
What happens when I reach my usage allowance? +
Every plan includes an AI usage allowance per agent. You'll get alerts at 50%, 80% and 100%. On Starter, work pauses until the next billing period (or you can upgrade). On Teams, you choose between pausing and paying for additional usage. As you approach the limit, the Agent Manager routes routine work to more efficient agent roles.
Are taxes included in the price? +
No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes such as sales tax, VAT or GST, which are calculated at checkout based on your location. Businesses with a valid VAT ID in the EU or UK are generally not charged VAT (reverse charge).
Is my code used to train AI models? +
Never. Your code, tickets and outputs are not used to train, retrain or fine-tune any AI model.
Where is my data processed? +
Starter and Teams run in Neotyk's cloud in the United States. Enterprise customers can run the platform in their own cloud account, keeping data in the region they choose, or on a dedicated single-tenant Neotyk instance. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How is Enterprise priced? +
Enterprise is an annual license sized to your deployment (number of Scrum Teams, repositories and compliance scope), plus a one-time platform setup fee. If you choose a dedicated Neotyk instance, infrastructure is billed monthly. Talk to us to size a deployment.
